▶ The gear winding machine has the characteristics of high winding torque, high opening size of gear ring/wire ring, large wire storage capacity, and a wide range of suitable winding diameters, making it the most widely used model; Suitable for products with thick wire diameter, neat winding arrangement requirements, and the need for multiple strands of wire to be wound together, such as secondary windings of small toroidal transformers, primary windings of high-power toroidal transformers, large wire diameter inductive magnetic rings, current transformer coils, etc.
▶ Compared to ordinary copper ring guide rail gear type operation, it has lower noise, higher and smoother speed, no impact sound from interface teeth, longer service life, and a wider range of suitable winding diameters.
▶ Due to the use of non sliding friction transmission method, the mechanical structure loss is small, and the service life of main components such as gears is more than 30% longer than that of copper ring guide rail type. During use, lubricating oil does not need to be added frequently to avoid splashing and affecting product quality during processing.
